Rakesh Shukla
Rakesh is the Founder and CEO of TWB. Rakesh has gathered formidable experience in the field of business management and strategy, especially with respect to hi-tech, hi-growth sectors over the last decade. An alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology, he has a keen and nuanced understanding of the business drivers of the hi-tech sector and his expertise spans business planning, product, sales and marketing strategy. His strength has always been his ability to formulate and execute Business Strategy in various markets and across sectors. Rakesh has benefited greatly from having worked in multiple geographical locations that included South East Asia, North Asia, United States, Latin America and Europe. Before TWB, Rakesh has had several stints with companies such as, jNETx, Hughes/Flextronics Software Systems, Sasken Communications, and RiverRun Software Group in various management responsibilities. He has rich experience of P&L responsibility for business lines including budgets/funding, strategy design, marketing, development and staffing decisions, and has moved several business from languishing 'dog businesses' to 'star' businesses generating several million US$.

Helen Shukla
Helen is the Founder and Head of Delivery at TWB. She has more than 21 years of experience with leading multi-nationals in Content Authoring, Instructional Design and Knowledge Management. Her last assignment was Head of Knowledge Management at SAP Labs, India. Helen is responsible for the overall Training Course Design & Delivery, Documentation outsourcing and Quality of deliverables from TWB. Helen has developed documentation, and managed documentation teams responsible for complex enterprise resource planning, banking, medical, telecommunications and financial software. She has managed projects for iCode, RiverRun Software Group, ANZ Information Technology, Visual Web Solutions and SAP. She has built teams and mentored a number of technical writers, who today lead documentation teams in leading IT companies.

Dr.Annapoorna Ravichander
Dr. Annapoorna brings more than 22 yrs of experience in communication, content writing and training. She has an extensive body of work across Corporate/Non Governmental/Non Corporate sectors including Universities, and has been responsible for project deliverables, designing and managing programs at both national and international levels. She is responsible for training delivery at TWB. When not in TWB, she is seen championing the cause of multiple charities/NGOs that she is associated with across India.

TWB is well equipped to meet the growing needs of the global technical documentation market providing a full range of services and solutions. TWB’s senior leadership team brings almost 500 man years of experience in information management, documentation, design and consulting. TWB is a 50 member team with domain expertise in engineer, healthcare, architecture, programming, academics, social sciences and business management. TWB has two training facilities in Bangalore and a network of training centers in five Indian states covering over a dozen Indian cities, including Mysore, Nagpur, Hyderabad and Coimbatore. TWB’s sectoral expertise spans across a multitude of sectors. These include IT, ITES, telecom, biotech, aerospace, defence, manufacturing, consulting, shipping and financial services.
