Education & Experience
Education: Graduates. Preference will be given to technical writers with Certifications from a recognized body.
Domain: Understanding of IT-Applications documentation essential. Experience with the airlines-logistics industry preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in technical writing
Experience in working on the following kinds of deliverables:
User Manuals
System & Application Operations Manuals
Database Operations Manuals
Responsibilities
Understand company specific standards and guidelines
Create, update and edit technical and non-technical content
Plan deliverables and complete on time – critical to the project
Attend customer meetings/telecons (flexibility for conference calls with global locations)
Follow the Document Development Lifecycle for all projects
Prepare and maintain high-level work plans and weekly status reports
Understand expectations within the group and other teams in the company
Independently learn new processes, technologies and tools |
