TWB Classroom Training

TWB has two fully equipped training facilities in Bangalore and several partner-managed training centers
TWB's air-conditioned facilities are equipped with laptops for each individual trainee, WiFi and broadband connectivity and continuous power.
All training is delivered by a TWB trained and certified training team.
Trainee batches range from 7 to 15 trainees in a training room, with a trainer and a trainer assistant. A high trainer-to- trainee ratio ensures that all trainees have optimum one-on-one trainer time

TWB Online Training

Anybody with access to a computer with an Internet connection can enroll for training
Students have greater flexibility to learn at their own pace and at their own time, without missing out on the authentic “TWB Experience” which is synonymous with TWB classroom programs.
For TWB Associate and TWB Fundamental students the “TWB Experience” includes focus on communication fundamentals, experienced faculty, comprehensive training material, the best industry interface and mentorship, right from training to placement and beyond.
Training Method and Features:
 
Every student gets a CD, which allows them to install any required software and provides step-by-step instructions to connect with the training portal and commence training
The course is divided into units, wherein each unit is accompanied by useful demos for better understanding.
At the end of every unit, the student has to complete and upload an assignment. Students can also view their grades online.
Individual attention is paid to students by assigning them Mentors who not only help them clarify their doubts, but who also provide valuable feedback. Also, online Mentorship is available during business hours.
Online communication with the teaching faculty and fellow students is made possible in the form of chat rooms and message forums.
Students also have access to a calendar, which helps them to keep track of the upcoming events and dates for submission of assignments. Corporate houses and educational institutes have already shown a keen interest in the online training opportunity that this portal provides.
