Contractor

TWB can partner with small to medium-scale technical writing companies wherein TWB can outsource a part of their work on a contract basis.

Definition: Any small/medium-sized organization working in the field of technical writing/documentation that has experienced technical writers but insufficient market reach. TWB can sub-contract some of its projects to the company.

Expectation: The organization will get the project from TWB. It will then gather the requirements and interface with the TWB Consultants. In effect, TWB will act as the final client throughout the project.

Responsibilities: You will get the project from TWB. You will gather requirements and interface with TWB Consultants. In effect, TWB will act as your final client throughout the project.

Reward:TWB will arrive at a transfer pricing on a contract-to-contract basis.

Profile:
The Contractor is a company which has its expertise in technical writing/documentation by virtue of the four highly experienced technical writers. Three of them have expertise in Software documentation and one in the Pharmaceutical sector.

Situation:
The Contractor gets most of the contracts by word of mouth advertising and from contacts in other organizations. Their sales force is almost negligible.

Solution:
TWB with its good sales presence and requirement for excellent technical writers, sub-contracts some of its own work on an assignment or on a contract basis to The Contractor. The only consideration is that the same levels of quality standards have to be maintained.

Benefits:

	The Contractor gets work even without a dedicated sales team.
	TWB has an extra pool of expert technical writers to whom contracts can be given when workload is very high.
