The Writers Block (TWB), a division of Amatra Consulting Pvt Ltd, has launched its technical writing placement programme — TWB OnCampus — that allows successful candidates of the TWB certification programmes to participate in placements from companies hiring directly from TWB.
TWB OnCampus has two initiatives — TWB Alumni and TWB Mentorship. TWB Alumni is an active community of former TWB students. The Alumni, through the medium of blogs, mailing lists and other formal and informal media, keep each other informed about the latest trends and developments in the field of technical writing. TWB Alumni also keeps members informed about job openings and opportunities for career development.
The TWB Mentorship programme provides support and mentoring to students even after their course is over. The programme enables TWB graduates to get support in terms of domain knowledge and related assistance for at least a period of three months after their graduation.
